5. Custom Orders
For custom or personalized T-shirts (including printed designs, logos, or text):
Customers must ensure that all content submitted for printing does not infringe on third-party rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
Tee Cube assumes no responsibility for intellectual property violations in user-submitted content.
Once design proof or order confirmation is approved by the customer, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be processed for custom products.
Colours and print sizes shown on digital mockups may differ slightly from the final fabric due to production processes.
We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that is unlawful, offensive, or violates these Terms.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Accepted Payment Methods:
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other payment gateways are integrated into our platform.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).
We do not store card or banking information.
In case of transaction failure, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
7. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation after placing an order.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Tee Cube reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock issues, payment irregularities, or unforeseen operational reasons.
In case of cancellation from our end, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders through trusted courier partners across India.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, location, or public holidays.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation
9.1 Ready-made Products
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after quality inspection.
9.2 Custom Orders
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos as proof.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
