Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love what you wear.

Every Tee Cube product is crafted and inspected with care, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made through our official website.

2. Products Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only for regular, non-customised products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customised or personalised T-shirts (e.g., printed names, logos, or artwork).

  • Products purchased during final-sale or clearance events.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If a custom order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to Section 5 (Defective or Incorrect Items).

4. Return / Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate a Request

Email us at support@tee-cube.in within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Product name and size

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Review and Approval

Our support team will verify eligibility and provide instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • If eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where available).

  • In regions without pickup service, you may be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure safe packaging; Tee Cube will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Step 4: Inspection and Resolution

Once received, the product will go through a quality check.

  • Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tee-cube.in, attaching photographs of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will replace the item or process a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under these conditions:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

  • Refunds appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once the order status shows “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once design confirmation has been given.

8. Exchange for Size or Colour

We understand sizing can vary.

  • Exchanges for size or colour are permitted within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or request a store credit.

9. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.

  • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer bears the shipping cost.

    Return shipping costs are non-refundable once the product passes quality inspection.

10. International Orders

Currently, we deliver only within India.

For future international shipments, returns and exchanges will be accepted only for defective products, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

11. Non-Delivery and Wrong Address

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to contact you, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

Redelivery can be arranged after paying the applicable re-shipping charge.

12. Disclaimer

All decisions on refunds, replacements, or exchanges are subject to Tee Cube’s final quality inspection and management approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone misusing this policy or engaging in fraudulent claims.
