We currently ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and Professional Couriers.
International shipping will be introduced soon — updates will be announced on our website and social platforms.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sale events, holidays, or product launches), processing time may be slightly extended.
Custom Orders:
Custom-printed or personalised products may take 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or Outlying Areas: 7–10 business days, depending on courier accessibility.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier capacity, weather, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
An email/SMS with your tracking number and courier name.
A link to track your shipment in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact us at support@tee-cube.in with your order number.
6. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹[insert amount]; nominal charge for smaller orders.
Express Delivery (optional): Available in select pin codes at an additional cost.

7. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If unsuccessful:
The package will be marked as “undelivered” and returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery can be arranged upon payment of re-shipping charges.
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
9. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen issues (weather, strikes, lockdowns, or technical errors) may delay shipments.
In such cases:

If a package is untraceable beyond 15 business days, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery:
Do not accept the package.
Take clear photos and notify us immediately at support@tee-cube.in.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
11. Change of Address After Order Placement
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order:
Contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation at support@tee-cube.in.
Address changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
12. International Orders (Future Provision)
For upcoming international orders:
Delivery times and costs will vary by country.
Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns for international orders will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
13. Force Majeure
Tee Cube shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, network failures, or transport disruptions.
14. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
